Role : Oracle Cloud Advance HCM Control Lead
Work location : Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
As an Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls Implementation Consultant, you will lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls modules for clients.
Your key responsibilities include :
- Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze HCM control requirements.
- Designing tailored solutions using Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls modules.
- Configuring modules, including security roles, access controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties.
- Ensuring smooth data migration from legacy systems with accurate and integral data.
- Developing and executing test plans to ensure functionality, performance, and security meet quality standards.
You must have completed 4-5 Oracle Cloud Advanced HCM Controls projects and possess 7-8 years of functional experience with at least three Oracle Cloud modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, or Recruiting Cloud.
