Our goal is to get all drivers home regularly and often.
We currently have a $2000.00 Sign on bonus paid out over the first 12 months of employment for experienced Flatbed and Van drivers available.
- Van Driver Trainees can earn up to $58,000 in their first year
- Exp. Van Drivers at Royal Trucking Company can earn $72-$78k per year.
- Flatbed Driver Trainees can earn up to $61,000 in their first year.
- Exp. Flatbed Drivers can earn $85-$100k per year at Royal Trucking Company.
Royal trucking company is now offering a regional opportunity for Van Drivers and Flatbed driver.
Drivers are paid for all miles both empty and loaded. RTC has a 401k, health, dental, vision insurance and membership in a credit union all equipment is 2017 or newer all trucks have inverters, APU with automatic transmissions, EpicVue in cab Direct TV.
A lease purchase program is available for drivers interested in purchasing a truck no money down, no credit check, no balloon payment at the end of the lease.
