A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Project Management to lead project management functions and oversee multiple projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a high-performing team of project managers and coordinatorsOversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliveryDevelop and implement project management policies, standards, and frameworks across the organizationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of experience in Project Management with a proven track record of managing complex projects7+ years in a leadership role with experience building and leading high-performing teamsPMP certification or similar required;
additional certifications such as PgMP or Agile Certified Practitioner are a plusAdvanced proficiency in project management software and enterprise tools
