HVAC Installer

Trillium Construction is now seeking HVAC Installers for commercial work in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area!

Pay rate is $35$50 per hour (based on experience and certifications).

This is a full-time position offering competitive hourly pay and opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate will have experience installing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including ductwork and rooftop units.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install and service commercial HVAC systems in new construction and retrofit settings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure installations comply with local, state, and federal codes
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred)
  • Ability to read and work from blueprints and schematics
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • EPA Certification
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
  • Minnesota Journeyman or Apprentice license (as applicable)
