Executive Director Role
Requirements :
- 4-year degree completed
- 5 years of experience in leading teams of more than 50 people
- 5 years of experience owning the P&L of a business operation of more than $5M annual sales
- Working knowledge of restaurant systems and operations
- Available Monday Saturday, 6 : 30am to 11pm (Directors will be off on Sunday and one additional day per week)

This role invests 80% of their time directly in the operation of the restaurant, and the remaining 20% on back office administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include :
- Work with the Owner / Operator to establish the long-term plan for continued sales growth and sustained profitability.
- Lead all aspects of the restaurant operation (front of house, back of house, etc.).
- Ensure we operate within the top 10% of chain-wide customer satisfaction.
- Drive the financial performance of the business.
- Coach and mentor front line team members.
- Analyze and adjust operations / strategies around CEM reports.
- Audit HR files and labor practices for compliance.
