Unit Specific Information

Additional Details
- Required by facility.
- Check UD for required certifications
- PALS not required for ED OBS positions.
- Required by facility to cover Bloodborne Pathogen and Tuberculosis training, as well as HIPAA training.
- Do not require. Oregon is paperless.
- If applicable, verification of active, unrestricted Oregon state professional license.
- CL - Please check the UD to see if this is required. Other forms of aggression training besides MOAB are acceptable.
- NIH - CL, please refer to the UD to see if it is required. NIH is good for 2 years here.
- Required. Passing grade must be 85% or higher AND the Modified Angoff Score. Must be updated annually.
- IMPORTANT : This facility requires all candidates to be fully available for any compliance needs up until their start date.
