- I9 and other accounting documents may be required by the facility
- Certain certifications like ACLS, BLS, PALS required and AHA HEARTCODE certifications are acceptable.
- RQI certifications are not accepted and candidates with an RQI certification should obtain an AHA certification
- Certificates of Completion are acceptable for AHA certifications pending e-cards and must be signed by the instructor
- Facility requires all candidates to be fully available for any compliance needs until their start date
