Licensed Practical Nurse, Home Health Full Time

Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health and make a meaningful impact by providing professional nursing services, skilled interventions, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Work under the direction of a registered nurse to provide nursing services in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
- Deliver skilled nursing interventions, holistic care, and problem-specific therapeutic activities
- Confer with the RN Supervisor and apply individualized goal-driven approaches in patient care
- Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, and communication with the healthcare team
- Prepare and maintain documentation as per company and facility requirements
Required Experience / Skills :
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or School of Vocational Nursing
- Valid nursing license in the practicing state, CPR certification, and minimum two years of clinical experience
Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40
Pay Range : $46,400 - $63,800 per year
