Requirements :
- Medicaldegree from an accredited medical school.
- BCor BE in Family Medicine.
- Completionof an accredited family medicine residency program
- Completionof an accredited residency program required
- Completionof a Sports Medicine fellowship required (for those that intend to practiceSports Medicine and Family Medicine)
- Forspecialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specificto medical specialty
- Validstate medical license to practice in North Carolina.
