Responsibilities
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all properties to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Manage a team of property managers and maintenance vendors to ensure smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and financial data to make informed decisions on property management accounts, leasing, and pricing
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors to foster a positive and productive working environment
Qualifications
- 7+ years Residential Property Management Experience
- Ability to work hard, very hard
- Strong leadership and team management skills
