S. to the most spiritually vibrant place on earth. Led by lead pastor Justin Kendrick, the church currently hosts weekly meetings in eleven cities across CT and MA as well as online.

JOB SUMMARY

A servant leader who is passionate about creating and producing compelling graphic design projects to help carry out Vox’s vision to see New England transformed from the least churched region to the most spiritually vibrant place on earth.

The Graphic Designer serves under the leadership of Creative Arts Pastor & Communications Director. This is a full-time position;

the schedule is generally Monday-Friday for a total of 40 hours / week with occasional night and weekend events.

Working alongside others on our Creative Team, this designer is primarily responsible for branding our events, teaching series, ministries and initiatives while helping to bring these to life through our marketing and social media tools.

As a senior level designer, this role is meant to help maintain the visual voice of Vox Church throughout our locations and communities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Experience / Skills Requirements :

• Degree in Graphic Design or commensurate experience is preferred
• Deep understanding of print design and layout
• Deep understanding of digital design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• 2+ years prior experience in graphic design. Additional experience with video, and photography is considered a plus.

• Creativity - Creates show-stopping content and assets with an ability to think outside the box and continue developing as a creative.
• Organization - ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, manage information and time, and apply best practices and systems.

• Project Management - ability to organize the workflow and multiple projects and manage time to ensure delivery on all due dates.

Physical Requirements :

• Performs effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints.
• This role primarily takes place on a computer at a desk.
• Must be able to lift 14 to 50 lbs.

Scheduling / Travel Requirements :

Travel across our locations as needed for special projects and team training events (e.g., conferences, visiting sites when needed).

Must be able to occasionally work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and other high impact events at Vox.
