Throughout this two-year program, you will be placed in a cohort where you'll receive ongoing career development, networking, mentoring, training opportunities, apprenticeship program opportunities, and exposure to different areas of the business to help you succeed.

In the Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, you will represent Morningstar's software, tools, or services to the appropriate individual, advisor, or institutional clients. Our SDRs are the first point of contact for the vast majority of our new business opportunities. As an SDR, you'll run a high volume of outreach, connect with decision makers at companies that fit our ideal customer profile, and generate new business opportunities for our Regional Sales team. A successful Sales Development Representative embraces challenges and change, considers themselves a people person, and has a natural curiosity to learn about others and their needs. This is a highly visible role that makes a direct and significant impact on our business, working closely with product development, marketing, and other sales teams for the solutions you represent.

What We Look For :

• A bachelor's degree completed no later than May 2026
• Seller and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively advance prospects through the sales cycle
• Self-motivated and dedicated to success
• A passion for meeting and exceeding goals
• Team players with entrepreneurial spirits- those who generate and test new ideas to achieve greater success
• Interest in financial markets or services, particularly investing
• Must possess unrestricted right to work in the U.S. for this position

Total Cash Compensation Target : 76,200 USD Inclusive of Annual Base Salary and Target Incentive
