Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of purchasing and logistics operations. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and has a strong background in procurement, vendor management, and freight / logistics coordination.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize procurement and logistics processes.

Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods and adherence to quality standards.

Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.

Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demands.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.

Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have :

  • Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain management within the business services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Effective leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 annually.
