Job Summary
This position is responsible for one or more of the following duties; manning the reception desk to greet and assist visitors, providing security patrol services for the building and maintaining required security logs and reports.
Job Responsibilities
Works the reception desk; greets vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors. Duties include answering telephone, receiving visitors, answering questions, and providing security.
Issues security badges and maintains logs of all visitors.
- Periodically patrols building, docks, and parking lots to provide a safe and secure location.
- Monitors security cameras
- Communicate with General Services Managers as necessary concerning maintenance equipment and building issues
- Maintains security logs and reports as required.
- Issue ID Badges to Employees, Visitors, and Contractors as needed
- Maintain logs and reports for shift duties
- Assist with Emergency Procedures and Policies
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1 2 years related experience
- Good communication skills
- Must be organized
