National General Contractor looking for Superintendents with experience managing Data Centers, Semiconductor Facilities, Mission-Critical, or other high-tech industrial projects.
ROLE :
- Lead daily site operations, managing subcontractors and crews
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with strict project standards
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Communicate with the project team, solve on-site challenges
- Oversee logistics, materials, and equipment to keep the job running smoothly
EXPERIENCE NEEDED :
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on data centers, semiconductor plants, or mission-critical facilities
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, backup power, and critical infrastructure
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle complex, high-pressure projects
BASE PAY : $100,000-$180,000+
- Per Diem / Vehicle or Allowance
- Travel Housing Paid For
- Insurance (Medical / Vision / Dental)
- Bonus
