Their practice focuses primarily on employment class actions involving wage-and-hour violations, such as meal period and rest break infractions, failure to pay various wages (including minimum wage, overtime, off-the-clock work, split shifts, and regular rate), failure to reimburse expenses, untimely payment of final wages, and paystub violations.
Additionally, the firm handles claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other complex consumer class actions. They also regularly litigate wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment, and sexual harassment claims.

Job Details
Job Description :
- Senior Associates are assigned to manage a team, supervise Junior Associates
- Responsible for all aspects of the cases assigned to them and their Junior Associates ensuring they meet the firm's guidelines
- Involved in collaboration to discuss case strategy, planning, discovery and depositions, settlements and more complicated law and motion.
Job Qualifications :
- 5+ years preferred experience in employment law litigation and class actions at a law firm
- CA Bar admission, in good standing
