Bids & Contracts Specialist (Contract Parental Leave until Oct/Nov 2025)

Position Purpose :

Exciting opportunity as a contracts manager to join ITRG’s Bids & Contracts team in support of our government line of business.

Fast-paced environment and supportive team and management make this a fun, interesting, and stimulating role. You will interact with various stakeholders, from external clients to managing partners, attorneys and bid managers.

What you will do :

• Assist the Legal and Bids teams in the preparation, review, and management of master agreements and government contracts.
• Review and manage legal documents, contracts, and related correspondence, including maintenance and organization of contract files and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with the terms of our government contracts, from reporting to modifications.
• Liaise with government agencies, clients, and internal departments to facilitate contract modifications and amendments.
• Be the point person for specific contract issues and nuances of use of contracts.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure all contractual obligations are met, including reporting oversight.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Law degree, or similar qualifying experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Fluency in French is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, preference given to government contracts experience.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes, rules, and regulations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research; excellent grammar and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
