Cornerstone Law Firm in Blandon, Pennsylvania is seeking a civil litigation attorney to join our growing team.
The right candidate will be a fierce litigator who can utilize a capable support staff to bring about the best outcome for our clients.

To that end, our staff and attorneys rarely work more than forty hours per week.
Though we are willing to consider candidates who have limited experience, our ideal applicant will have a five years history of civil litigation experience.
Responsibilities :
- Clear and prompt communication with staff and clients.
- Organization.
- Ability to negotiate and achieve best outcomes.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- A professional courtroom presence.
- Manage all phases of civil litigation from case intake through to trial, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients, helping them understand their rights and the legal process.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and a valid Pennsylvania attorney’s license.
- Proven experience in civil law, with a track record of successful case management and courtroom advocacy.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Commitment to justice and a compassionate understanding of clients' situations.
Compensation :
$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 annual salary
