About the Software Engineer position :

The Software Engineer contributes to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, and maintaining the LoadSpring Cloud Platform.

Key responsibilities include participating in software development tasks, leading certain project aspects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and adapt, and collaboration through agile methodologies on the Product Development team.

What you'll do as a Software Engineer :

  • Embraces and engages in a professional agile / scrum mindset.
  • Analyzes and defines technical requirements to determine specifications and standards.
  • Proposes solutions to satisfy software functional and technical requirements.
  • Develops, designs, debugs, maintains, and refactors LoadSpring platform software.
  • Collaborates with support and other teams to solve problems.
  • May specialize in one or more areas including network, operating systems, databases, or applications.

What you'll need to be a successful Software Engineer :

  • 2-4 years of experience with full-stack .NET, C#, JavaScript, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to and collaborate with higher-level staff.
  • Debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player, ability to work effectively as part of a professional agile / scrum team.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Professional Scrum Developer (PSD) certification preferred.
