Position : Retail Assistant Manager

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Train, supervise, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store revenue and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed, ensuring optimal product availability
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards, ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with the Retail Manager to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of retail staff
• Support the Retail Manager in any additional tasks as needed

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising techniques
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Visual Merchandising :

Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays and maintain a visually appealing store environment.

Team Collaboration :

Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among the sales team.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, promotions, and updates.

Compensation details : 19-20 Hourly Wage
