Salary : $18 - $25 per hour (DOE)
This is a temporary position through 12 / 31 / 2024
Description / Function :
- Manages all aspects related to documents and communicates all issues, concerns, and questions.
- Ensure on time service is met.
- Develops a sense of trust and integrity with the customer.
- Responsible for all invoicing research and approval while maintain all required spreadsheets
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma / GED required.
- Transportation or Logistics related a plus.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in transportation, Logistics.
- Prior experience working with drivers preferred.
- Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Products).
- Strong written, verbal, and inter-personal skills to manage and motivate workforce.
- Advanced technical / computer skills.
- Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude.
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability / desire to work independently or in team environment.
- Capability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Sense of urgency, creativity and a flexible approach to running the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
