My client is a pioneering biopharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing innovative therapies that improve patient outcomes.
They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager of Medical Communications to join their Medical Affairs division. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing communication strategies that effectively convey our scientific and clinical information.
This individual will be responsible for creating a wide array of content materials that support our medical and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support product launches and ongoing medical affairs activities.
- Create and review high-quality content for various materials, including slide decks, abstracts, publications, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to ensure alignment of messaging.
- Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of communication strategies.
Requirements :
- Needs advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
- 1-4 years of experience in medical communications, medical affairs, or related roles within the biopharma industry.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to commute into a San Francisco office 2-3x per week.
