What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Develop, maintain, and analyze monthly financial reports to communicate actual results and forecasted performance
- Identify key performance indicators to predict and manage volume growth
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales leadership to establish strategies for improving volume growth
- Automate and produce concise reports for business leaders
- Present monthly results and volume strategies to the leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of financial and / or accounting experience
- Proven experience driving business performance in a high-growth environment
- Experience working in a matrix environment and building relationships with business leaders
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling (creating graphs, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts)
