Part-time Personal Caregiver - Flexible Schedule - Daytime

• Highly Desirable : Possess a PCA, HHA, CAN, LPN, or LVN certification

You Must :

• Speak, write, and comprehend English AND pass our test that assesses those skills
• Have a valid Driver’s license (not a permit)
• Possess active auto insurance
• Be able to work at least 3 weekdays every week for 5-6 hours between 8 : 00 AM and 4 : 00 PM

Essential Functions :

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes who live in Woodbury, Cottage Grove, and Oakdale
• Complete all activities of daily living in a safe and professional manner
• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their family
• Assist with care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation, and transportation
• Perform administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
