Full-Service Law Firm Representing Individuals, Businesses, Private and Public Entities TITLE : Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury)

JD : Looking to hire another Litigation Attorney to our practice.

As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution.

Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and assess the viability of potential claims. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining their rights and options.

Prepare and le legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests. Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.

Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.

Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support sta to ensure e cient case management. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in the personal injury eld.

Qualications :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the state bar and in good standing with the relevant state's bar association. Minimum 2 to 10 years of experience practicing personal injury law.

Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated dedication to client advocacy and achieving positive results.

Pay is commensurate with experience with bonus opportunities. Insurance Bene ts after 90 day probationary period, along with an end of the year review.

MUST have signi cant law rm experience. Personal Injury experience preferred but not required, knowledge of Personal Injury is required.
