Make an impact on the underserved patient population through integrated Full-Spectrum Medical, Behavioral Health and Dental
Scope of Services : Full Primary & Family Care, Peds, BH, Case Management, Dental, Women's Health including Pre & Post-Natal, Peds, On-site Lab, Chronic Disease Care / Mgmt., Preventative, Labs, Health Education, Immunizations, Transportation, Enrollment, Referrals and Specialty Services
M-F (8 am-5 pm) work schedule, no on-call , paid holidays, and a HUGE PTO package!
$248k base + 20k Sign on Bonus
Student Loan Repayment is available through NHSC, State, and county-based programs!
