10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced CDL-A drivers for over-the-road (OTR) assignments. This position offers mileage-based pay with a weekly performance bonus, modern automatic tractors, and regular home-time options.
$0.50–$0.65 per mile (varies by experience and domicile)
$0.10 per mile performance bonus paid weeklyEstimated typical weekly earnings : $1,500–$1,600Average weekly mileage : ~2,500 milesSchedule and Home TimeWeekly or bi-weekly home-time options
34–48 hour reset periodsTypically one day at home for every 5–6 days on duty (actual schedule may vary by routing)Equipment and Freight2022–2025 model automatic Freightliner Cascadia and Peterbilt tractors
Primarily dry van freight with 100% no-touch handlingApproximately 70% drop-and-hook freightPrimary ResponsibilitiesSafely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and customer requirements
Complete assigned OTR routes, meeting schedules and delivery instructionsPerform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptlyMaintain accurate hours-of-service records and ELD logsEnsure proper cargo handling, securement, and documentationCommunicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and deliveriesFollow fuel management, routing, and on-road safety proceduresMinimum QualificationsValid CDL-A license
One of the following experience options :At least 3 months verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience plus completion of 120+ hours at a truck driving school within the past 12 months
6 months verifiable OTR, regional, or local tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months12 months verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 yearsAbility to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and pass required drug screeningProficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communicationBenefitsLife, dental, vision, and health insurance options
