You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly.
This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness while holding them accountable for reaching their goals.

Responsibilities
- Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk
- Customize training routines to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals while staying within their current physical capabilities
- Maintain all gym standards and safety requirements to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable while working out
- Ensure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluations
- Revise fitness plans based on clients progress toward set goals
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 Years of programming design and training experience
- Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- College degree, preferably, in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Exercise science preferred
- Prior experience with group fitness is a plus
- Nationally recognized personal training certification preferred (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA)
- CPR / AED Certification
- Ability to motivate and coach 35+ sessions per week
