Status : Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification : Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position : The State Director will be responsible for the overall administration and oversight of all programs within Florida.
Position will be responsible for the provision of participant services, personnel management, and budget management for the programs within the state of Florida.
Ensures all positions adhere to current job descriptions, provides direct supervision to the Program Directors, and ensures overall budgets are met, documentation follows regulations, and all billing and collections are managed effectively and efficiently.
Responsible for the development of additional programs state-wide and business relationships with state officials.
Part Time Salary : $23,095
Qualifications / Requirements : Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or similar field. Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Three to Five years of experience in youth services, community programs, or program development.
- At least one year of experience in management and supervision
Bilingual / Spanish speaking applicants are highly encouraged.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage.
