Summary :
Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physicaltherapy programs to restore function, prevent disability followingdisease, injury or loss of a body part, and helps patients reachmaximum performance levels.
Plans therapy involving physicalexercise, massage, heat, water, etc. Utilizes various mechanicaland electrical equipment, and prosthetic and orthotic devices.
Evaluates, records and reports on patient progress.

CHRISTUS Spohn Kleberg Plazahouses the hospital’s birthing services with modern,state-of-the-art labor / delivery / recovery / postpartum rooms (LDRPs,)a nursery, the Cissy Horlock Taub Women’s Center (a diagnostic andeducation / resource center) and physician office suites.
Outpatientrehabilitation services including occupational, and speech therapy,wound care, physical and aquatic therapy are offered at twoconvenient locations in Kingsville.

Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited school of PhysicalTherapy
- Knowledgeable of the American PhysicalTherapy Association Code of Ethics and the Guide to PhysicalTherapy Practice.
- Excellent communicationskills
- New graduates accepted; experiencepreferred
- Current license by the Texas Board ofPhysical Therapy & Occupational Therapy Examiners
- CPR (American HeartAssociation)
