Job Responsibilities
- Transition and manage a significant book of business from the previous broker, ensuring a smooth transition and continued satisfaction of existing clients.
- Engage in vigorous prospecting activities aimed at capturing Mid & Large Market Commercial Accounts, embodying the hunter ethos in seeking new business opportunities.
- Adhere to our established minimum revenue threshold of $25,000 per transaction, with an emphasis on revenue-driven deals rather than premium.
- Utilize your profound understanding and expertise in the commercial insurance domain to vet potential deals, ensuring alignment with our revenue-focused model.

Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience as an Independent broker selling Commercial Coverages to Mid and Large Market clients.
