What you’ll be doing :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects within our operations.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating assigned projects from conception to completion. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of general construction projects within the car wash industry.

A day in your life might include

• Plan, execute and manage projects within the operations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate and manage construction activities with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
• Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, construction, and operations.
• Oversee project progress and ensure that milestones are met and deadlines are achieved.
• Manage project risks and issues and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets and ensure that expenditures are within budget limits.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that the design and construction meet the operational needs of the car wash facility.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction, including design issues, changes in scope, and unforeseen challenges.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Report project progress to the leadership team and make recommendations for improvements and changes as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Being a true Team player is a must!

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the car wash industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Procore.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent planning, budgeting, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Bilingual a plus
