Healthcare Business Development Manager / Coach

Position Overview : The Blue & Co. Healthcare Business Development Manager / Coach will play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on new Blue & Co.
business opportunities within the healthcare industry. This individual will focus on coaching our partners and managers on business development best practices, building strong relationships with current and potential clients, developing strategic initiatives to increase our market presence, and contributing to the overall growth of our firm.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, a proven track record in business development, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective healthcare clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Blue & Co. partners and managers through understanding client needs and healthcare industry trends
- Collaboration, Coaching and Internal Coordination :
- Partner with our accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting teams to ensure seamless service delivery to healthcare clients.
- Coach our partners and managers on business development best practices
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to facilitate service development and innovation.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification :
- Conduct thorough data-based market analysis to identify potential clients and emerging trends within the healthcare industry.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted strategies to attract new clients and expand our position in the healthcare market.
- Strategic Business Development :
- Create and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns.
- Track and analyze sales performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Proposal Development and Delivery :
- Work with the marketing team to prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective healthcare clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to firm policies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, practices, and financial services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot experience preferred.
