Our client, a prestigious and global private equity firm, seeks a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to support a c-level executive in their Dallas / Irving office.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within the finance / asset management space.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced and versatile work environment and is looking for growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage everchanging executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Assist with project management and special tasks.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the financial space.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Compensation details :
- $115,000 - 130,000 base
- Discretionary bonus
