We areseeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage andFamily Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in assessing and treatingrelational and family issues with a commitment to patientcenteredcare.
Requirements :
KeyResponsibilities :
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans forcouples andfamilies.
Providetherapy to individuals couples and families to address relationshipand familydynamics.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensivepatient care.
Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment asnecessary.
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or a relatedfield from an accreditedinstitution.
Validlicense to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in NewJersey.
Strongclinical skills in assessing and treating relational and familyissues.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
Experiencein providing services to children with serious emotional orbehavioral health challenges and theirfamilies
