We're looking for a driven Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent to lead the charge in representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in high-stakes transactions.

What You’ll Do :

  • Help clients identify prime investment properties and development opportunities.
  • Leverage your market knowledge to guide clients through commercial transactions.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

What You’ll Need :

  • A current real estate license (or the drive and ability to get one we can help!).
  • A passion for sales and a knack for building strong business relationships.
  • Local market expertise or the eagerness to become an expert quickly.

Compensation :

$85,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
  • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
  • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase / sale agreements
  • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data
  • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth

Qualifications :

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job or the motivation to get it
  • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
  • Proven negotiating and communication skills
  • Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient
