Job Summary
The Company is seeking a General Manager 3 - Coffee Bar for a Corporate Services account located in San Francisco, California.
This candidate will report directly to a Director of Operations and directly supervise 5 frontlines (hourly). This individual will be responsible for overseeing the client’s Coffee program.
We are looking for a leader with strong Coffee experience and exceptional client relationship skills. The right candidate will possess a passion for all things hospitality, with an emphasis on creating a stellar coffee and tea program.
This is a fun, engaging, and creative role that will enable the candidate to pioneer this new program while making a significant impact on its evolution.
Responsibilities
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.
- Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline (hourly) staff.
- Ensure company standards are met, including compliance with company food and physical safety programs.
- Manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills.
- Exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Direct all contract management service operations at a single account / unit.
- Plan and supervise special functions.
- Maintain cash control and payroll records.
- Hire and train unit personnel.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and good public relations.
- Provide local leadership and strategic direction.
Qualifications
- Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic Management Experience - 3 years.
- Basic Functional Experience - 3 years.
