Project Management & Planning Operations Rep Sr

What You Will Be Doing

The Project Management & Planning Operations Rep Sr Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, customer experience team and business operations stakeholders.

Manages Protocol / Tradeshow processes integration and organization operations. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages deadlines and prepares status reports.

Assesses issues and develops resolutions and processes to meet productivity, quality, and department goals and objectives.

Develops and maintains mechanisms for monitoring project progress and analyzing project data. Provides coordinated support for company marketing and customer relations to ensure successful business engagements.

Desired skills

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, with 15 years or more of professional experience;

or 13 years of professional experience with a related master’s degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.

• Demonstrated Defense Industry protocol & diplomacy knowledge
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and project management tools
• Experience integrating organizational processes & training
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and professional presentation at all times
• Experience with process and change management
• Basic knowledge and acceptance of defense contractor standards
• Experience with international cultures who form our customer base
• Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment
• Develops and applies advanced concepts, techniques, and standards
