JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Impact :

You will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for working on large scale change efforts for the Single-Family Acquisitions Division in Freddie Mac.

Specifically, we are responsible for the following :

  • Project Management Office and Change Management team responsible for managing the roadmap, reporting and change management plan for two new technical initiatives.
  • Specifically, this role will support the change management plan focused on creating awareness, engaging stakeholders, managing challenges, providing support, onboarding teams and training our people.
  • We collaborate and partner across many key stakeholder groups within SFA and across the enterprise to drive adoption of these two large scale change efforts.

Your Impact :

  • Develop and create training content that aligns and supports the onboarding process for two new technical initiatives.
  • Write and edit key communications and messages, including strategic messaging.
  • Ability to develop concise written materials with a strong ability for creating complementary graphic designs to "tell the story .
  • Develop creative ways to engage employees and help them on their learning journey.

Qualifications :

  • 5-7 years of related work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of advanced change management methods and practices (e.g. Prosci Change Management)
  • Experience facilitating large working groups (using design thinking techniques, Mural)
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills collecting data, feedback, survey results and synthesizing results
