Commerical Construction Traveling Superintendent
COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT
An established, reputable, commercial general contractor is looking to add a Traveling Superintendent to their team immediately.

This company serves markets including, but not limited to : retail, restaurants, light industrial, car washes, hotels, banks, etc.
TRAVELING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Must have lead commercial construction experience on commercial projects
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry
- Must have experience leading ground up, diverse commercial projects from inception to completion
- Ability to manage and run projects $15M
- Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's
- Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget
- Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience building healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, or federal projects
