PSTN connectivity – ISP provisioning / management. Design, administer, troubleshoot dial-plans and call flows / vectors. Deployment of Microsoft Teams in complex enterprise environments. QOS / COS traffic shaping / bandwidth throttling, monitoring, packet capture and analysis. Understanding of Number Porting. Overview
Sr. Telecom Engineer – 10 month contract, Inver Grove Heights, MN (remote one day a week in headquarters). Responsible for migrating to Microsoft Teams Voice platform and supporting telephony solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead migration to Microsoft Teams Voice platform.
- Gather business requirements and design telecommunication solutions.
- Prepare detailed specifications, flowcharts and Visio designs for implementation.
- Maintain telephony hardware, software and infrastructure.
- Monitor, log, track and resolve deficiencies in the telephony infrastructure.
