JOB LOCATION : Hybrid (Territory sales but must currently reside in / near the location full time.)

YOUR OPPORTUNITY :

Varsity Spirit is looking for an Apparel Sales Representative in Southeast Florida (Treasure Coast). Counties for this territory include Indian River, Martin, Hendry, Hardee, and other surrounding areas.

An ideal Apparel Sales Representative is passionate about fashion, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives in a sales environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Plan and prospect for territory sales
• Conduct consults and fittings with coaches and their athletes
• Provide honest and confident feedback about style and fit
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your expertise
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Travel to appointments within the territory
• Excel in a work from home environment
• Recruit for summer camp brands

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business education or related field preferred
• Knowledge of cheer and dance industry preferred
• Able to generate leads, forecast your sales cycle, anticipate problems and create effective solutions, with an aspiration to meet and exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to grasp new technology and understanding of Microsoft Suite
• Willingness to learn in-depth product construction, technicalities and pricing
• Cultivate an in-home office that is distraction-free
• Ensure reliable travel for regular face-to-face touch points
• Organization and follow through
