About the Role :

Were on the hunt for a dedicated AssociateAttorney to join our clients personal injurylitigation team. This is a fulltime role based in Torrance CA with the option for oneremote workday per week after the completion of the probationaryperiod.

Youll manage a caseload of 3040 personalinjury cases from filing to trial and collaboratewith a skilled legal team. If you have a minimum ofthree years experience in plaintiff personal injurylitigation and a passion for achieving the bestoutcomes for clients we want to meet you!

Your Mission :

• Manage a caseload of 3040 personal injury cases from filing through trial( case management personal injurylitigation ).
• Developcase strategies and legal theories to maximizeoutcomes for clients ( litigation strategy legaltheory ).
• Draft andprepare legal documents including pleadings motionsand other caserelated documents ( legal draftingdocumentpreparation ).
• Takeand defend depositions including those of plaintiffsdefendants and expert witnesses ( depositionslitigation ).
• Negotiatesettlements on behalf of clients to achievefavorable outcomes ( settlementnegotiation ).
• Serveas second chair during trials when necessary( trial supportlitigation ).
• Maintainregular communication with clients to provideupdates and answer questions ( client communicationrelationshipmanagement ).
• Overseeand direct support staff ensuring efficient casemanagement ( leadership casemanagement ).

CoreCompetencies :

• Case Management & Litigation : Proven ability to handle highvolume personal injury cases throughall stages of litigation.
• LegalDrafting & Research : Expertise in draftingpleadings motions and conducting legalresearch.
• Client RelationshipManagement : Ability to develop and maintain strongclient relationships through regular communication and aclientfocused approach.
• TeamLeadership & Collaboration : Skilled in workingwith and overseeing support staff while collaborating with thelegal team.

What YouBring :

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from anaccredited law school.
• Activemember of the California State Bar in goodstanding.
• 3 years of plaintiffpersonal injury litigation experience.
• Experience managing a highvolume caseload with successfuloutcomes.
• Strong legal research analytical andcommunication skills.

Skills Required :

• Personal InjuryLitigation : Experience managing personal injurycases from filing throughtrial.
• Legal Research &Writing : Expertise in drafting pleadings andmotions.
• ClientCommunication : Ability to build and maintain strongclient relationships.
• Leadership& Collaboration : Ability to lead support staffand collaborate with a legalteam.
• TrialSupport : Experience or willingness to serve assecond chair during trials.

Certifications :

California State BarLicense Required.

Education :

Juris Doctor(J.D.) Required.
