Electrical Foreman

Aerotek's client is looking for an Electrical Foreman to join their team for a project in the Falls Church, VA area.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the work of electricians and subcontractors on construction or maintenance projects. You will ensure that electrical installations are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with plans, specifications, and codes. This role supports a project located in Falls Church, VA, with the client based in Sykesville, Maryland.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and subcontractors.
  • Ensure electrical installations meet safety, efficiency, and scheduling standards.
  • Direct and manage labor efforts on the project.
  • Order necessary materials for project completion.
  • Submit Requests for Information (RFIs) as needed.
  • Complete daily reports on project progress.
  • Track and report the progress of project(s).

Essential Skills

  • Possess a journeyman license.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • 5+ years of experience within Multi-Family projects.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Any additional electrical or lead experience is advantageous.
  • Must be hands-on and proactive.
