Job Overview :

Senior Engineer is responsible for the validation and implementation activities to certify the Magenta Cloud Platform is ready to take on telecommunications applications.

This includes the performance and resiliency meets the high industry standards. The Engineer will lead the maintenance / maintain the MCP testing environments, develop and execute quality assurance testing and produce documentation for each MCP release as well as coordinate QA testing cycles across each domain before production release.

• Develop / Execute test strategies and methodologies incorporating automation for quick time to market
• Develop and execute detailed test plans. Lead QA cycles, report issues, and prepare readiness reports for large programs.
• Collaborate with application owners to ensure a successful implementation
• Document all phases of the lifecycle
• Education :
• Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Computer Science (Required)
• Work Experience :
• 5+ Years Technical engineering experience (Required)
• MCP Orchestration and automation strategic lab planning

Base Pay Range : $100,100 - $180,600Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
