DAY-TO-DAY OF A LEAD HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
As our Lead HVAC Service Technician extraordinaire, your journey is all about orchestrating HVAC magic : diagnosing, repairing, and servicing an array of systems that keep our clients cozy and content.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of residential service experience with relevant HVAC equipment
- A record of developing apprentice technicians into skilled service professionals
- An EPA certification is essential (a NATE certification would be a bonus)
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
