Guglielmo & Associates PLLC is a multi-state debt collection law firm based in Tucson currently seeking an individual with a bachelors degree in Accounting and 3-5 years' experience in financial accounting to manage our accounting department.
We are a nationally recognized law firm looking for the brightest and hardest working talent in the industry to continue it's competitive edge in the market.

Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- AP / AR experience
- Management experience
- Quick books (Desktop)
- Trust Account Management
- Bank Statement Reconciliation
- Escheat
- State Sales Tax Reports
- Payroll
- Must be Microsoft office proficient with emphasis on Excel
- General Ledger Experience
- A / R : Collection Processes
Ideal :
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume setting
