Role Summary

The Performance-Based Marketing Manager will be responsible for spearheading marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

By leveraging data-driven approaches and a deep understanding of the EdTech sector, the manager will create high-impact campaigns that resonate with students, parents, and educators alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly report on campaign metrics to stakeholders, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

Essential

  • Proven experience in performance-based marketing management, ideally within the EdTech industry or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in devising and executing data-driven marketing strategies with a focus on customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and refining campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO / SEM, email campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey campaign results effectively to various stakeholders.
