We are looking to bring a Pre-Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) into our Colorado team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, allowing you to effectively balance your personal and professional life while gaining valuable clinical experience.

Job Description :

As a Pre-Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at our center, you will :

• Participate in individual and group therapy sessions under the guidance of licensed professionals, addressing a range of mental health issues.
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical theories and knowledge under supervision.
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned mental health professionals to provide holistic care to clients.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain informed about current best practices and advancements in the field.
• Receive direct, weekly supervision that supports your path to licensure and enhances your counseling skills.

Qualifications :

• Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s program in counseling or a related field, leading toward LPCC licensure.
• Registered as a pre-licensed LPCC in Colorado.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth.
