Duties
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem solving, investigative skills, and attention to detail.
Prior experience in a high-quality customer service environment. Contact center or technical support experience is a plus.
Editing or technical writing background is strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills including ability to manage multiple projects; long-term or ad hoc.
Ability to collaborate well with management, project leads, support agents, and deal with ambiguity.
Adaptable to a fast paced environment, works quickly without compromising accuracy.
Strong work ethic and time management skills. Proven ability to work independently and efficiently
Skills :
Assist with creation and upkeep of support process documentation utilizing multiple tools.
Assist with the development and customization of training materials.
Accurately identify and solve routine problems and provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to users in addition to aiding in access and registration support. Skills
